I bought a boat and Shorelander trailer through them in May. We tested the lights with my vehicle after I bought it but before I left with it. They weren't working right. The lights didn't work right so they removed the sealed (per the salesman) trailer tail lights and replaced them with cheap unsealed lights before testing the vehicle first. Still not working they finally tested the vehicle but didn't put the original lights back on. When I noticed the cheap lights after getting home, they said they couldn't find the originals and would put good ones on. Took it back and they replaced them again with unsealed lights that will blow out if the lights remain plugged in. The lens doesn't even come off to make changing the light bulb easy. The new ones easily broke while taking off the snap on bottom of the light in order to get to the bulb. They refuse to put the proper lights on. It will cost me approximately $45 to replace the approximately $10 lights they put on with lights like the originals. I feel like I got robbed..

Very disappointed in the customer service we received from Power Sports in Abrams.
When we initially purchased our Polaris Ranger in June, the tool kit and manual were missing. We were assured that it would be in "soon." We did not receive it until 2 months later. The gas tank was also bone dry, the oil desperately needed to be changed, and all the fluids were low.
We brought our side-by-side in for an all-points inspection before the warranty expired at the end of August, and we were told that it would be 2 weeks, which seemed like a long time, but it was near the end of season, so okay.
After 2 1/2 weeks we get a phone call, telling us our warranty is expired. That it expired in April, which I found amazing, seeing as we didn't purchase the UTV until June.
Finally picked up our side-by-side today (2 weeks after they quoted us, and we only knew it was ready because *I* called them) and it was covered in mud and filth, much dirtier than we dropped it off.
They couldn't be bothered to bring it up to the front for us, and my husband had to navigate it through all the other equipment on their back lot. And the gas tank was empty (which it wasn't when we dropped it off).
Again, very disappointed in the customer service we've received, both on the sales and service end.
Would not recommend going through them for your ATV/UTV/boating needs
