Review: Hello my name is [redacted] and I'm writing to you the report of the Abreus Auto Repairs in [redacted] Pennsylvania on [redacted] Street I bought a Jeep Cherokee from him on Valentine's Day and along with that purchase came a two month warranty that covered everything except tires radio and windows.

During the time of the warranty I started to hear a clunking sound when I changed gears he did try to fix the problem by changing different things and everytime nothing fixed the noise. Along with that problem there was a alert that kept coming up saying check gage he also then try to fix that problem and couldn't. I contacted him through phone calls and text messages and also spent numerous days and hours in his garage while he did nothing. I kept telling him that I was afraid my warranty he would run out and he wouldn't fix the problems and he guaranteed me that regardless of the time frame he

would fix the issues. He also told me because we found out that there wasn't any heat that he would fix my heat and also I didn't have a horn and we were on sure how I passed inspection with out a horn. He told me he would solve

all these problems but everyday I spent in the garage he did nothing.

Eventually the time did pass and my warrenty was about to run out and he just told me when I confronted him about not fixing my problems he told me to take him to court. After I assured him that I was reporting him to the Revdex.com and contacting a lawyer he then return my phone call and told me he would stop my warranty and I was able to have the Jeep looked at by another mechanic and then he would continue fixing the problems that the other mechanic found, since he wasn't able you find the problem himself. Is yet fix any of the problems and actually more problems have a rose and he

continues to have me sitting in the garage while he does nothing. Since then he's actually tried flirting with me and taking me out on a date to stop me from reporting him I've refused and now he's back to treating me badly. I really would just rather have my money back because it seems that he isn't able to actually fix the problem or even find the problem and fix it

I have copies of everything that was done to-this vehicle. I tried many times to accommodate [redacted]'s request almost everytime she said there was a problem. This vehicle went through 3 inspections including an inhanced state inspection prior to becoming her vehicle.

[redacted] expected- bumper to-bumber warranty-on this vehicle, something that was never offered to her never the less promised. I honestly do not know what else she expects from me especially now that she has become very unpleasant.

[redacted] took this vehicle to different shops, only to hear that the transmission was fine. She once called me to tell me that the vehicle was smoking and on fire and would not run properly. when I get to the scene, she was running the vehicle with the emergency brake on.

With all do respect, if in fact the transmission to this vehicle is bad, then how is it that she's been operating it for so long, I have helped [redacted] numerous times with this vehicle and it seemed as if she wanted to find more things wrong with it when there was'nt.

I have been in this business for 5 years and have even sold more than one vehicle to the same people. [redacted] herself send me another customer after her purchase. I honestly think that if she would've had such a bad experience at abreu's auto repair and sales, she would have not send anyone else as a customer to us.

He never could figure out the problem because he continuously tried to go around the initial problem which is now we came to find out it was the transmission all along with me paying $3000 and here it is a little over 3 months later and this car will no longer be working any day now since the day I bought this vehicle from him as he said in his response it has been one problem after another when he realized in the very beginning that different problems were a rising,he offered to change vehicles but then he turned around before even asking what my decision was and sold the vehicle he was going to trade in for mine and now all along I was asking for another vehicle or just my money back

there was way too much confusion on his part during the time of the warranty and it seems like he was just waiting for the warranty to run out and he would no longer be responsible. I have many text messages and phone calls asking Him daily when he will fix my car and he actually even purchase a transmission for my vehicle and never put it in he could have at least none that much for me the warranty time was wasted while guessing what's the problem was and me sitting countless hours in the garage all I am expecting from him is exactly what he promised me from day one, a vehicle that will not break down on me, in such a short. Of time all he has to do is what in the transmission that he said he purchased for my vehicle or give me another car and this can all be put behind us he told me he cared about the customer and this is definitely showing me the complete opposite!

In response to **.[redacted] appeal. As mentioned on a previousd responses **.[redacted] Vehicle underwent several inspections including a thorough Salvage inspection that found this vehicle in good working condition. In addition, I myself accompanied her to a mechanic of her choice who also agreed that this vehicles Transmission was working great.

The mechanics at these locations are willing to testify to this vehicles conditions as well as to her Unacceptable behavior to their diagnosis as she refused to pay for their services because she did not get the answers she wanted to hear.

If you look closely at the initial dates, the vehicle was purchased on feb 14,2013 and through out this whole time we have been in and out of different stations while running the vehicle with "the same issue" and now all of the sudden another station tells her what she wants to hear on “Sept 09,2013"([redacted]). As mentioned before, all documentation for service done to her vehicle are available upon demand, It was a used vehicle and she was aware of that. She was not driving a brand new car out of the lot. All present issues were taken care of during and even after warranty.

I guess he thinks I'm rich and I spent all that money on fixing the transmission just because I wanted to set him up to look bad. Do you not see now that he's trying so hard and now has nothing but stupid responses now. Seriously, I kept looking until someone,anyone,would take my money,and fix the transmission,and lie to the Revdex.com. Yep,that's exactly what I would do after I got screwed out of 3000$, id waste more on lies?! I hope u see now the truth and help me. I'm broke. I spent EVERY CENT I had to fix that jeep. AND ITS STILL NOT GOOD, cause I didn't have ENOUGH TO GET IT FIXED THE RIGHT WAY. it was done CHEAP cause I'm broke. This is sad really. Please help me get my money back.I'm not giving up.
