Your email to us was the first time that we had even heard of there being an issue with this customer. We have spoken to the girls at the store where the complaint was made and they have filled us in on what had happened. We are in the process of contacting the customer so that we can

We have looked into this complaint and spoke to the employee that was working on the day in question She would like to express her sincere apologies to the customer, as she did not mean to offend the customer in any way We will be sending a check for the amount of the order that was picked up on December 3rd to the P.Obox that is listed in the complaint from the Revdex.com. We would like to extend our apologies to Mrs*** on behalf of Abrite Quality Cleaners

We are currently looking into this complaint, as we, of course need to find out from the person working why the customer was waiting so long for her order In the complaint, the customer gave the address of one of the locations on *** ***, and when we tried to find the customer in the
database at that location, she was not in there We are reaching out to the other store we have that is also located on *** *** to see if she is in that database and maybe had the wrong addressOnce we have the correct location of the problem, we will then speak to the employee covering the store that day and find out why the customer was waiting so long for her order and why two other customers were waited on during this time If the customer was in fact at the other store (not the address in the complaint), then the employee covering will not be available to answer any questions until tomorrow, Dec 9th later on in the evening We are currently working on getting all the facts in order for us to make sure that the customer and employee are both treated fairly, and we can settle this issue
