Abro installed a softwater systemWhen asked about drinking the softwater they advised they could provide a purification systemait was purchased and installed by themAfter TWO WEEKS of operation it had failedWhen contacted they advised they would be there on the afternoon of Aug 22/to fix itA call was received stating they knew what was wrong and they wanted additional $TO INSTALL AN ADDITIONAL FILTER BECAUSE THE WATER IS SO HARDThey do business in the same area and knew what type of water there isThe water has been treated by there softwater system so why is it now so hard! Why did they install knowing what type of water they were dealing withWe have no drinking water and ice capability from our refrigeratorThe temperature has been extremely hot!
