Review: We hired Abromson plumbing to fix a few things around our new home. He was very accommodating and went out of his way to help us initially. My husband and I work long hours during the summer and he meet us outside of normal business hours. He finally completed the job, (or so I thought) and was paid on July 27th. I only found out as he was leaving that he had to fix the garbage disposal after he installed it. He assured me that he would stand behind his job and exchange it if I had any trouble. I informed him the next day that it was leaking and would need to be replaced soon. After multiple attempts to reach him by phone and text he finally responded that he would come fix it on August 21st at 2pm. He never showed. Once again he would not return any calls or text. I continued to reach out via phone and text. He finally answered my call the week of September 30th. He assured me that he would complete the job, that he had been very busy with life; and he felt it was only fair for us to wait for the repair to be completed since he had to wait so long to be paid. He was paid as soon as (I thought) he had completed all of the jobs on the original estimate (although the price was double what was agreed upon). He told me he would call as soon as he had some time to fix it. After not hearing from him I called him on October 5th. He answered the phone with, "I have better things to do with my time" and then hung up. I have had no further contact with him.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for the cost of the garbage disposal and the cost of installation by another plumber.
