March 20, 2017Good afternoon,My name is Jennifer V [redacted] and I am the manager of A.B.SAutoglassI am answering the complaint made by [redacted] of [redacted] Bensalem, pa [redacted] who had his windshield replaced by us on a [redacted] 2dr coupe March 10th, inside our facility[redacted] picked up his vehicle after hours on March 10th, 2017, and asked if he could call me later with his credit card information, which I agreed to out of the kindness of my heart: He did not call me so I called him and got his voicemail late FridayI again called "thing Monday morning March 13th, and he answered and stated he was not going to pay because he alleged his dashboard was damaged I told this customer found this to be odd as we do the replacement from the outside of the vehicle and only have to enter the vehicle to put the rearview mirror on the glassI also said if said damage was so bad??? Why didn't he call right away, not wait days I also requested he take pictures of alleged damage and send to me via my personal cell, which he didd I reviewed the pictures and in no way did we do this damage, as you could clearly see the dashboard was all cracked up and yellowing from sun damage and exposure for this car is years old and clearly not well kept.Again, we did not access the inside of the vehicle to replace windshield, that is done from the outside [redacted] was scamming me, and mistaking the kindness I extended him for weakhessI then contacted the Bensalem Police who came right out for a report I filed against I showed [redacted] Detective [redacted] the photos [redacted] texted to me along with the reviewed security footage cameras which clearly back my statementhere of the whole windshield installation on camera: Detective [redacted] than called [redacted] and stated he had seen the pictures,and reviewed the cameras and he had choices???He could do this unofficially if [redacted] called and paid his bill or He could come and lock him up now for theft for services rendered[redacted] called minutes later and paid his bill with a credit card andasked if I would remove the complaint against him, and again kindly I agreedI ask you remove this from our record as it is false, retaliatory, and tarnishing to my good respected name I have built up: I have the camera evidence, the pictures he sent me, and the Bensalem police to back me.If you need Detective [redacted] , he can be reached at ###-###-#### atBensalem Police HeadquartersI also can be reached at ###-###-#### if you have any further questionsregarding this scam artist.Thank you kindly, Jennifer V [redacted] MGR
