This man's truck is a with about 400,miles on it The transmission after all these miles failed, and he took it some place else to work on, and they told him he needs to take it to the dealer to have it programmed He found this TSB from A vehicle with this many miles is not eligible for any kind of warranty He believes a TSB is the same as a recall - which it isn't A Technical Service Bulletin is just that: a bulletin It is to be paid for by a manufacturer only if it is under warranty, which this absolutely is not He is trying to stir the pot and get something that he is not deserving He has been rude and socially unacceptable in my place of business and I should not have to deal with him any longer He is asking for something that he hasn't been due for or so years, and he didn't even own the truck at that time There is no gray area on thisI need to spend my time with customers that need and are due help

To my knowledge she requested that we send her information to that specific lender, but she did not tell us to not contact other lendersThey were not able to obtain the payment they wanted from that specific lender, and decided that day to not purchase since they could not get that specific paymentThey came back a couple days later and decided to pay the $and purchased the carWe did not maliciously try to lower her credit score by sending their lending information to multiple lendersWe only contact multiple lenders to benefit the customer to find the best payment possible
Mr*** purchased this vehicle and a service contract from us at the same timeHe was attempting to trade a vehicle with us and wanted to cancel the service contract, which is cancellableWe were not able to reach an agreement on the trade in, so my business manager cancelled the service
contract in his presence on 8/He explained to the customer that the process would take 6-weeks before the money would be availableThe customer got upset because he couldn't get a check on the spotIn the situation where the vehicle is financed, all of those refunds go to the lien holder, not the customerHe was told what the process was, how long it would take, and the refund amount
On 7/we traded her car in. She ran her vehicle over 100,miles but we traded her out of it

This man's truck is a 1994 with about 400,000 miles on it. The transmission after all these miles failed, and he took it some place else to work on, and they told him he needs to take it to the dealer to have it programmed. He found this TSB from 1995. A vehicle with this many...
miles is not eligible for any kind of warranty. He believes a TSB is the same as a recall - which it isn't. A Technical Service Bulletin is just that: a bulletin. It is to be paid for by a manufacturer only if it is under warranty, which this absolutely is not. He is trying to stir the pot and get something that he is not deserving. He has been rude and socially unacceptable in my place of business and I should not have to deal with him any longer. He is asking for something that he hasn't been due for 20 or so years, and he didn't even own the truck at that time. There is no gray area on this. I need to spend my time with customers that need and are due help.
