Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: The company was given chances to repair and was not able to fix itWhy should I continue to give them multiple chances to repair it and in the meantime have rain coming in my home and continue damaging my houseClearly this company is not confidant in their work since as stated by owner, they do not "guarantee or warranty" their workThe web site did not say no warranty/guarantees or I would have chosen a different company.I feel they should just refund my money so I can give another company the chance to repair it Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Apparently around the chimney was where the leak was coming from or we would not have caulked that.....all repair work is done with NO guarantee or warranty Had we been notified again we could have worked with the situation Unfortunately, we were not notified

This issue has been resolved

The correct date of service was 4/21/

Revdex.com was able to reach *** Abshire this morning by phone. He explained that he has been having email issues and has not been able to receive correspondence . He will come by the Revdex.com office this afternoon and pick up the complaint informationThen,
he will call Ms*** to personally address the issue

[redacted] does not know of what jobs [redacted] as scheduled for each day or how long each job is going to take him therefore, he keeps his on schedule.  Yes [redacted] does return his calls from his personal cell phone as this is the way he communicates with clients.  His truck as Abshires...

Roofing magnets on both sides of his personal truck along with Revdex.com magnets on both sides.  We do not have company supplies vehicles.  The receipt that was given is the standard receipt for repair work.  [redacted] did go out to the residence and caulk around the chimney where he believed it was leaking.  Kristi then called back at a later date and informed Abshire's Roofing that the leak had not been resolved.  [redacted] went back to the residence and found a few nails that had backed out and nailed them back in and caulked around those as well... At which time he informed Ms. [redacted] that she was in need of a new roof.  We never heard from her again until this complaint was placed.

Why should I continue to give them multiple chances to repair it and in the meantime have rain coming in my home and continue damaging my house. Clearly this company is not confidant in their work since as stated by owner, they do not "guarantee or warranty" their work. I am rejecting this response because: I did not asked him to caulk my chimney. I asked him to fix a roof leak. A 7 year old roof does not need to be replaced. I now have to find another company to do the repair correctly. The owner has not seen my roof. I have attached a typed account of a phone conversation between the owner and myself on Dec 6th.
