On Saturday 5/28/I used an online booking agency to book two hotel rooms I booked the wrong hotel and within an hour and a half I called back to cancel once I received and viewed my itinerary I contacted the hotel and the individual on duty told me I had to contact the online booking agency and cancel through them I contacted the agency and cancelled my reservation and I was told to call back onTuesday 5/31/because Monday was a holiday and a refund could not be issued until then The agency and I both tried contacting the hotel on Tuesday with no response The hotel charged me a total of $and I did not even stay and I was told the funds would be refunded
