Please find this letter to be in response to Revdex.com Complaint [redacted] As an online merchant that ships approximately one hundred pieces per week, we regrettably encounter shrinkage or damage on approximately five percent of our shipments In the case of RevDex.com Complaint [redacted] the third party shipping vendor notified us of an incident causing damage to our goods on April 28, Upon notification of damage we immediately refunded the complainant in full To address the delayed delivery The complainant lives in Canada but wanted to take advantage of the free shipping we offer within the contiguous United States The complainant provided us with the address of a broker in Oroville, WA Our third party shipper attempted delivery on April 8, and April 9, 2017, but the broker was closed The shipper returned the shipment to the fulfillment center At the complainants request, and at an additional cost to us, we reshipped the items on April 15, We truly regret that the complainant is unhappy and wish we had greater control over damaged shipments A full refund was offered throughout the delay and was issued upon receiving notification of damage We no longer carry the complainants items We notified the complainant that she was purchasing the last two at the time of purchase The complainant, in fact, had us custom paint the items as the trim color of the remaining stock wasn’t suitable for their purposes We welcome the complainant to purchase any other items from our website and would like to pass along an additional ten percent good will discount The promo code to receive the ten percent good will discount is [redacted] We appreciate the function of the Revdex.com and value any input that you can offer to help us become a better company Respectfully, L [redacted] Kimbro Absolom Roche
