for Wednesday July 28th. This client's home warranty company does not cover noise. The blower wheel could have easily been replaced. However, the client declined the repair and the warranty company denied coverage of the repair. The home warranty company was made aware of the equipment upgrade. Ms. S[redacted] was offered third...
party financing and signed and accepted their terms and conditions. I can only assume she read and understood the details of the loan. We were nothing but transparent with the details of the loan as we knew them. Ms. S[redacted] should not have accepted a finance offer is she felt something was "sketchy" or "shady". The client was present during the crane transport and witnessed the new equipment being removed from the box and lifted to the roof. To suggest the equipment was used is absurd. The manufacturer's warranty was in place since day one and the client was provided with formal warranty registration. This complaint is unwarranted and inflammatory. Please let me know if you have any further questions, I apologize for the lateness in my response.Regards,Clint H[redacted]
Review: our a/c broke down , we had call this company for service. Its been over a week and he has not fixed or try to come out in a resonnable time to fix this. Everytime we call him to get an eta , He seem to punish us and delays the service . We finally called someone else to come out. His service practice are bad and His cost is high. We have an 87 yr old mother who lives in this house and we explained this to him. It doesn't matter to him. Others should be aware of his service practices. He is part of the AHS extended warranty and it seems that he just took the service charge 75 dollars and now he not showing up.Desired Settlement: would like my refund of service charged ot 75 dollars
