They are unethicalThey are selling Groupon vouchers for clear bras and not doing themThey redeemed my voucher without my consent and without installing the clear bra then gave me the run around for months saying that they did not have the material in stockFinally they told me to call Groupon for a refund because they are not doing them anymore I had a very poor experience with themI would not recommend doing business with them

***:We went into great detail on what was perfect for you when you ordered your hearing aids.When you received them you were very belligerent, hostile, and insisted that I make changes that were not appropriate for your individual needs. I have bent over backward to accommodate you and your
intolerable behavior.You have been nothing but hostile to me.You previously shouted at me and insisted that the man in Texas told you the hearing aids were five years old. Now you claim three. It seems you are just making things up.We offer a day refund period. That expired 9/25/If you wish to be polite, we are happy to continue to provide you outstanding service.If you are unable to do that, I still recommend you wear custom fitted ear molds for your hearing aids no matter where you choose to go for service and wish you well.*** *** PresidentAbsolute Audio

Response taken by phone: It was explained to the customer that the amp he wanted new would be $1300, refurbished would be $ So he was well aware of what he got I have offered to to remove the amp for a full refund including labor He does not bring it backHe owes me
almost $for this and other work At this point I will have to take civil action

I have attached our Purchase and Delivery Agreement for *** ***, as well as our copy of the refund credited to his Healthiplan account Please note the Hearing Aid Order Authorization section, where the patient agrees to the fee for the return of any hearing aids purchased ($per
hearing aid, he had purchased two)*** also noted the credit and return of the aids at the bottom of the agreement, and Mr*** initialed the notation Feel free to call me with any questions, or if you need any additional documentation Thank you!

I am rejecting this response because: The dr attitude. I didn't ask him to pay for it just a credit for the time it took to get fixed. When he put the hearing aid in my ear he asked if it was okI said yes. Then HE asked if I needed anything else & I said calmly I wont be backI did not get nasty about it. That's when he got nasty with me & told me to get out. I asked for the co tele # & he got nasty again & said look it up on internet yourselfHe then told me again to get out & picked up the phone to call police if I didn't goI got up and left without saying a word. Note I never was able to talk to dr the whole time he relayed everything thru *** his receptionist. He has a big attitude problem blaming this on me, and not very professional at all! I will not recommend him for sure to anyone. He was just mad because I didn't purchase new hearing aids from him instead I choose to get it fixed due to fact that I just recently had rt one fixed by another audiologist that didn't even deal with co & I got it back within days. Absolute Audio dealt with the co so there is no excuse for it taking that long for repairs. I did not ask for whole back just some compensation for having to suffer that long without it!!!!!

Patient purchased this devise somewhere else.  We have zero obligation to provide her service but were trying to do her a favor.We have no control over how long it takes a manufacture to return repairs to us and we made no guarantees of when it would be returned to us.When patient came in...

without an appointment she was belligerent and extremely hostile to my receptionist.  Despite this, we continued to be extremely professional and treat her with respect.When we received the instrument back from repair, I made sure the hearing aid sounded exactly like she wanted it to.  She said it did.When I told her that I was not going to pay for her repair out of my own pocket, she got belligerent (again) and said she would not be back to which I very politely said, "fantastic".  She continued to be very hostile and refused to leave, this is when I said I was going to call the police if she continued to be hostile and refuse to leave.In summary:We did exactly what we said we would do.  Patient got her hearing aid repaired for the exact cost we agreed upon.  Now she is just trying to get something for free and continue to be a problem for someone who she did not buy the device from that was trying to do her a favor.[redacted]
