This response is being written by *** [redacted] , General Sales Manager.I have looked into this complaint and have concluded that we have addressed this issue as far as we can unless the customer agrees to let us explore his complaint furtherWe have provided a working vehicle exactly according to the purchase agreement and are absolutely willing to fulfill our obligation to the warranties attached to the purchaseThe initial no start situation was addressed immediately and at no cost to the customer.The customer's complaint of an exhaust issue was diagnosed to be non-existentWe could not find anything wrong with the exhaust and we had three trained professional technicians look at it He does not want to believe our diagnosis to be true so we offered to bring the vehicle to a [redacted] Dealership to be diagnosedWe agreed that if they did find an issue with the exhaust we would be more than happy to repair it and pay any costs for the additional diagnosticsHowever, if they did not find any issues, we would have to pass the additional diagnostic charges on to himI am not sure what more we can do, but the customer had certainly not demonstrated that we have done anything wrong or that we would have to consider a buy back of the vehicle

Revdex.com spoke to Dana at business and the following was relayed: Originally we were unaware that she did not receive the titleShe paid off the car on 7/28/It was at that time we realized there was an issue with the titleAll of our paperwork goes to our lender in [redacted] When we requested the paperwork from the lender we found there was no titleWe then went through the painstaking trouble of trying to contact the [redacted] Title Bureau, which we cc'd the customer on all emails and correspondence toWe were finally able to get through and they issued the title on 9/5/We mailed the title to the customer on 9/and she received it on 9/
