Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:Your account of the events are not entirely trueIt is true that we purchased the vehicle as is condition and that vehicle after purchase needed several thousands of dollars of repairsThe true events are that we purchased the vehicle on May 23rd, I visited the dealership a few days priorI was told by staff that the vehicle and all the dealership vehicles are inspected by a certified mechanic for any "major mechanical issues" and that was a selling point for the salesmanI asked the salesman if I may bring the vehicle miles away to my certified mechanic for inspection and that request was deniedAfter arriving home miles from the dealership I noticed a radiator leak which I brought the vehicle to a mechanic that stated that the vehicle would need several thousand dollars of repairsI called the dealership and advised them of the findingsThe vehicle was brought to a second mechanic and they confirmed the repairs needed and the estimates was faxed to the dealershipI called the dealership several times ( to times ) and sent two emailsI never received a call from the managerSince the vehicle was not road wrothery and that the reason we bought the vehicle was to drive it! I had the vehicle repaired, because of the lack of cooperation from the dealershipIt is true that I was on vacation the first week of June, but had my cell phone and email account during that time, again I never received a call or emailAfter returning I made calls again to the dealership and againI made one final attempt to contact the manager on June or so by email and I received a call from the manager on June The manager advised that there was notinghe could do.

Pre-purchase inspection with a repair shop of there choice within the town of long branch" He declined either option and purchased the vehicle "As-Is With No Warranty" We are a wholesale dealer without a repair facility. We have a local mechanic who services our vehicles, as per our knowledge the vehicle showed no signs of defects. After purchase [redacted] then called stating the vehicle was in need of repair, we asked the customer to fax over a estimate from his repair facility so that we could bring it to a mechanic we do business with to extend our cost which would have been substantially less than his estimate. We attempted to contact the customer who did not answer for a week because he was on vacation, then he returned our call and informed us the repairs were already made. I told [redacted] to contact me before any future maintenance work, hoping we can save him some money.
