We appreciate that some of our customers really like our service and are upset that we can no longer provide the specific discounted pricing they may have signed up with We have been up front and honest with our customers about what happened with our data loss Unfortunately there is a specific percentage of the population who will always believe in a conspiracy theory, and that seems to be the case here This customer has no idea how our business functions, no idea how many customers were affected, no idea what prices these customers were paying, no idea how many customers who were paying MORE than our currently discounted prices were disabled This customer has no idea how our data retention and backup process works This customer is just making wild and unfounded accusations

I placed an order for my husband's christmas gift on December 12, 2015 along with another order. Received other order in a timely manner but not my husband's. Called tonite Dec22 and was told the order had not shipped and would arrive after the 25th. They provided no email update or an offer to express ship. Will never order from them again and am extremely disappointed with their customer service. Now I am stuck without a gift I thought was unique and personal.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. 
The personal attacks made in the response by this business only further prove their reputation as an unprofessional and incompetent business. Their business is not only to provide usenet service, but also customer service. This does not seem to be the case with these folks. I work in the enterprise computing industry, so them making "wild accusations" about how I do not know what best practices are is just as unfounded. If there was a disk failure, why was there not RAID to cover the restore? Why were there not nightly snapshots taken? Why was this not communicated out to customers as soon as it happened. The lack of transparency, customer service, and technical responsibility from newsdemon only leads people to start asking questions which refuse to be answered with anything other than unsubstantiated rhetoric.

I ordered about $700 worth of framed artwork (8 items). Five of them were in the same frame to be hung as a grouping. One of the frames on these five items came with significant damage. It took me five emails and 3 phone calls to get them to agree to replace it after I sent them a picture of the damage. Then I received another email saying the print was no longer available and therefore they were issuing a refund. Problem with this is that the print wasn't damaged, the frame was. They were unwilling to let me send it to them and have them reframe it or to send framing materials so I could, at my own expense, have it framed locally. So now my plans to hang these five items in a grouping all with the same frames cannot be achieved. They could have been helpful, but I guess they are not that kind of business. Will not purchase from them again.

Art.com is nothing but a scam. They take your money and you never receive your item. Their Customer Service is terrible and they misrepresent their products. Their management is awful. I tried for days and days to resolve an issue with [redacted] and [redacted] They lied,, and were impossible. The Attorney General should be notified of the complaints against this company and that they are scamming people.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer pricing different than what is on our website at this time.  We have specific business agreements in place with our upstream providers which occasionally allow us to offer lower pricing on any account created during that sign up period, but there are no...
