Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:All though there is signed documentation saying that there is no warranty on the warranty on the labor as when dropping off the jeep I informed him I worked for [redacted] and have thousands of dollars in parts under warranty there if I could bring my own partHe only stated that that would be fine and that he uses O'Reilly and after checking around and getting his price O'Reilly had it in stock for just a fraction more then his priceI asked him if I should get the part or him and he said that it would be a while for him to get the part so it would be quicker if I brought it inI ended up having my girlfriend get the part on the way to pick me upIf I knew this would be an issue I would have had Mike order the part to save the dollars and have the warrantyI feel that in this case it should be applicableThere is no reason to leave a broken Allen wrench shown in picture with sharp edge and make a comment that we both know was madeThe freon then leaked onto the compressor itself and seemed to leak into the cab as driving this vehicle for work, I washed my windows and then after my hour shift at domino's delivering they were covered in film againI am not trying to screw anyone over bit come on it was not done correctlyI don't shop O'Reilly and only got it from there because of him, in total I may have parts purchased from O'Reilly where I have vehicles listed at [redacted] with multiple pages of partsAs seen in the final picture the jeep is not just a jeep to me and it is known that I take care of my possessions the light bar and ac o rings were replaced when the system was yet recharged againPlease take responsibility for the mishaps that is all I askThe service was unsatisfactory and very harmful to my family and the ozoneAlso the file names of the pictures showing the leak are the day I asked him about it which is also on the reprint of the receipt I haveTaken right before I talked to himI am also including a photo taken today that my mechanic returned to me after replacing the system againOne last point is if you were to go into any auto parts store the leak dye detection is in fact not a green color it is actually pink/purple in color and is supplied with glasses and a black light to detect at no time has my system been leak dye detected or even stop leak been usedThe statement that there were problems with the ac Freon or lines/hoses that there was some kind of leak I simply replaced the compressor because of bearing noiseI hate noises from the motor and will go extra lengths to make sure the vehicle is soundPicture details:20161028_085531.jpg is of the broken allen head with the same sharp edge that was left in the compressor housing20161028_081454.jpg is of the reprinted invoice that I got when talking to Mike on 09/13/201620160913_110105.jpg is of the ac compressor painted green from the freon no dye evidence taken in front of his shop with the new .................................alternator in view 20160913_110117.jpg is of the broken allen head in the boltLast photos may have to be rotated to see correctly.Thank you for your time

On Janurary we replaced Mr [redacted] A/C Compressor a part he supplied he was told up front we offer no warranty on parts he supplied or on the labor. It is also stated on the Invoice that he signed no warranty if customer supplies parts. We did have a conversation in which I offered to replace... the faulty A/C Compressor but he would have to pay labor. A faulty part happens but it has nothing to do with my work performance. I am sorry he feels that way but putting more Freon in will not fix the problem until the Compressor is replaced again. As to the statement " I figured the would of fallen out" I don't know what he is referring to we do not have any broken Allen tools. This vehicle has had ac problems someone has put a lot of leak die and stop leak in it we did not .

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:All though there is signed documentation saying that there is no warranty on the warranty on the labor as when dropping off the jeep I informed him I worked for [redacted] and have thousands of dollars in parts under warranty there if I could bring my own part. He only stated that that would be fine and that he uses O'Reilly and after checking around and getting his price O'Reilly had it in stock for just a fraction more then his price. I asked him if I should get the part or him and he said that it would be a while for him to get the part so it would be quicker if I brought it in. I ended up having my girlfriend get the part on the way to pick me up. If I knew this would be an issue I would have had Mike order the part to save the 20 dollars and have the warranty. I feel that in this case it should be applicable. There is no reason to leave a broken Allen wrench shown in picture with sharp edge and make a comment that we both know was made. The freon then leaked onto the compressor itself and seemed to leak into the cab as driving this vehicle for work, I washed my windows and then after my 4 hour shift at domino's delivering they were covered in film again. I am not trying to screw anyone over bit come on it was not done correctly. I don't shop O'Reilly and only got it from there because of him, in total I may have 2 parts purchased from O'Reilly where I have 10 vehicles listed at [redacted] with multiple pages of parts. As seen in the final picture the jeep is not just a jeep to me and it is known that I take care of my possessions the light bar and ac o rings were replaced when the system was yet recharged again. Please take responsibility for the mishaps that is all I ask. The service was unsatisfactory and very harmful to my family and the ozone. Also the file names of the pictures showing the leak are the day I asked him about it which is also on the reprint of the receipt I have. Taken right before I talked to him. I am also including a photo taken today that my mechanic returned to me after replacing the system again. One last point is if you were to go into any auto parts store the leak dye detection is in fact not a green color it is actually pink/purple in color and is supplied with glasses and a black light to detect at no time has my system been leak dye detected or even stop leak been used. The statement that there were problems with the ac Freon or lines/hoses that there was some kind of leak I simply replaced the compressor because of bearing noise. I hate noises from the motor and will go extra lengths to make sure the vehicle is sound. Picture details:20161028_085531.jpg is of the broken allen head with the same sharp edge that was left in the compressor housing20161028_081454.jpg is of the reprinted invoice that I got when talking to Mike on 09/13/201620160913_110105.jpg is of the ac compressor painted green from the freon no dye evidence taken in front of his shop with the new  .................................alternator in view 20160913_110117.jpg is of the broken allen head in the boltLast 2 photos may have to be rotated to see correctly.Thank you for your time
