Absolute Best Appliance

I consider Absolute Best Appliance to be the "Absolute Worst" appliance repair service that I have had the misfortune of dealing with The Technician/Owner did not even turn the appliance on after replacing the two temp sensors (probes) that he had determined to be bad! The appliance still does not work correctly and I have gone to another appliance repair cpmpany

This company has made three service calls for me in the past yearEach time, they have arrived at the appointed time with a clean, neat appearanceThey were polite and professional in every regardThey repairs were made without any issues and the charges were extremely fairIn fact, on one of the calls they just had to reset a breaker and did not charge anything for the service call We could not be more pleased with their service

promised to change my electronic board on my kenmore dryer which he installed om march 29,2015-left for mtl weeks later and used dryer times-came back nov 16th an dryer not working-called jesse he came the following day and found rebuilt board that he had installed faulty-said he would order part and come back within days and replace part-never showd up and was not anwsering my calls-got him on my cell phone and not knowing who was calling was able to speak to him-again promised he would be at our home the following morning at 10am but never showed up or called-watch out for this guy-smooth talker

When I called Absolute Best Appliance, I had already had a horrifying experience with two other companies. Jesse answered my call, honored a discount deal on a weekend day out of courtesy, showed up early, gave me advance notice of his arrival and was one of the most courteous and professional service men I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Explained everything about the repair in detail, had all new digital transaction equipment, and cleaned up his work area better than it was when he arrived. I am happy I had the first two bad experience because now I have a "Go To" guy for any repairs and will never use anyone else. Service does not get any better than this! The stress of something in my home breaking is diminished because I now have someone I can count on no matter what! Thank you again Jesse! - Appreciative, Brittany and Steven
