Stay clear of this businessI had saved money for years to purchase a vacation home, I finally retired and did soI hire Absolute Building to do a renovation on this homeThey took my money and never delivered any materialI know have a vacation home that is in worse condition than when they started the jobWhen they started I had Running water and electric - now months later I have neitherIt cost me over $in carring costs monthly for the and I cannot use it becuase I got ripped of by Absolute Building and RestorationBefore you hire any contractor check with the Indian River County Building Dept and Liscencing departemtn to see if they have any complaints and in fact carry insuranceYou should also call the Florida State DBPR and confirm there are no complaints

Please don't use this company! We have had the worst experience we have ever had with *** *** and Absolute Building & Restoration And, we don't want anyone else have this happen to them!
We signed a contract to have our home completely renovated July 2014, in November still no permit after *** said he had it and asked for more money, which we gave in good faith, soon realizing he had no permit and stopped taking our calls In January we terminated our contract and asked for the balance of the money to be returned to us We never received another e-mail/call or letter from *** after he specifically said "the final accounting will be done
*** over promised and under-delivered in everyway to us How he can sleep at night knowing how he treated us and others, is just amazing to me
I don't want another person to go through what we went through emotionally, financially or otherwise
We came to Vero Beach from Miami We thought we had dealt with some unprofessional people there, he takes the cake!
*** can sell.............................we believed him!

I am very disappointed with the work xxxx xxxxxx of Absolute Building and Restoration did They still have not finished the work They used SUB standard materials They FAILED several building code inspections Per the inspectors findings my house was left in an UNSAFE -FIRE hazard conditionThey took my money but did not provide quality or timely serviceThey will NOT refund my money or finish my project
