There $870 refund check bounced. And, I went after them, thereafter, because I got another Mold Report from a licensed contractor and realized there was no way they knew what they were doing.  The heavy dust continued to return, week-after-week, after a thorough cleaning.  [redacted] S. advised I would not need to cover anything in the home… what??  It was evident this should have never occurred, and it was clear they had no idea what they were doing (yet they had about 4-5 workers trooping in/out).  They were to work only in the basement, but obviously left the door wide open, as their was shaven wood particles disbursed about the entire home, on my upholstery, the carpets were cleaned 4 times, the walls had film, continual dust (even after cleaning) along with dirt filling every crack of the home all the way to the 2nd level of the home.   (another contractor even advised AbsClean copied their ad language on Angie’s List).  I will gladly provide the mold report from the licensed contractor, requiring the home to be entirely done.  Note… not just the basement, but the ENTIRE home costly me nearly $5K. I am requesting a full refund from Absolute Clean since it had to be redone.  It was evident they did not know what they were doing. And, the foam insulation I paid them for?  They didn’t even complete the job and left huge gaps (4-6 feet long).  A licensed professional saw their work and expressed concerns with the materials they may have used — at which time, I requested info on the materials so that I may provide it to the City of St. Peters.  [redacted] S./Absolute Clean never responded/provided nothing. Thank you.

We have responded to the member each time per her request in a timely manner to resolve her issues on the message board, also per her request and not directly. We in good faith have tried to make her happy when she requested a refund of $870.00 then after she receives the refund she thanks us for it...

and then demands a refund of the full amount. We requested the mold report that she is talking about in the message center. We still have not received the report to date. We would appreciate documentation/pictures so that we can help resolve the issue. So as for working with this member's request, what changed?
