Review: I read about this product on Internet it said to try it for 30 days free, just pay for shipping no obligation it had testimonies from people that said this product works. It also Said there was a exploration date to order free 4-15-2015. I ordered the product with the understanding there was no obligation that I had to order more. There was no condition that I had to join a program. There was no obligation to contact them in 14 days to say whether I liked the product or not. Now I ordered this on 4-5 -15 through my credit card. They took out the shipping which was what they said they would do. What my complaint is about they came back on 4-27 -15 and took out of my account $89.47 saying this is what I owe them for the same product that I was suppose to get for free to try for 30 days. They are saying I should have called them and told them in 14 days I didn't want to join in their program. This is a lie. There was no advertisement saying you had to join or you would be billed for more of the product . I called them and they wanted to refund me half of my money and I refused to take half when they owe me all of my money the lady said if I open the product I couldn't send it back. It was suppose to,be free. Just pay shipping , I did now I fill this is not fair to be able to con people then to sneak Back and take their money because you have their infor to do so . I called my bank and they told them I had an agreement with them to join . My bank tells me I shouldn't have given them my card number. I don't know what to do. Please help me get my money back. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I just. Want my money they stole from me. This is not right. I tried to go on line to print up their ad and they have removed it. So I can't prove to no one what it said.

Review: Misleading finacial terms for free trial... Was expecting Company to honor return within 14 days but when calling on day 14, They said I only had 13 days to cancel order. Extremely misleading and very sneaky, no translators offered for Customer service purposes.... Which added to confusion.... Review: I was using a website to shop for fabric items. A website I have used before. A survey popped up as I was exiting. The survey stated that if I answered 5 questions about my experience on the website, I would be able to purchase the "Absolute Green Coffee" supplement for "the price of shipping." Stated price: $4.95. The next screen offered "Absolute Garnica" supplement for an additional $4.95. I thought it was worth a try at such a bargain. (Too good to be true? Boy, am I stupid). TWO full weeks later, I looked at my online bank statement.

There were pending charges on my account. One for $84.44 from Absolute Green Coffee and another for $87.47 from Absolute Garnica. I would have NEVER signed up for spending 1//3 of my paycheck on these items! There was "Absolutely" no hint of further charges within the survey info. I contacted the companies (SEPARATELY - They claimed they were different companies, even though their logos are identical and their customer service reps have exactly the same reposonses to the same questions.) They proceeded to tell me that they had sent an email after my order which clearly spelled out terms and conditions. The email actually said it was an order confirmation and NEVER mentioned a timeframe for trial, a promotional deal, or a price above the $4.95 I paid. As a matter of fact, the only price mentioned in the email is clearly, $4.95. After much "to-do" on the phone, both (same) companies granted me a full refund. They stated that it would take 3-5 business days to refund my bank acct. In the meantime, it's a pending transaction on my acct which could pay before the said refund comes through. My bank will only allow me to dispute it once it pays. This is clearly bait and switch. Not to mention, they told bold-faced lies about what the confirmation email contained and I have written proof. If their customer service reps are taught to lie about what is in a written email, will the refund come through before the pmt?Desired Settlement: Shut these sheisters down! They are not just doing "bad business." They are dragging down trustworthy retailers with their unwitting affiliation.

I have emailed the fabric retailer as well. I can't imagine they even know, much less, condone, that such things are happening in their good name.

I have just spent 5 hours of my life that I will never get back. I am not a complainer by nature. I will usually go to great lengths to keep the peace, or to admit I was in error. This is just so wrong! Between these awful companies and the bank's policies, my meager funds are all tied up as "pending transactions" to the point of putting gas in my car before payday. I had planned to be down to $160 in my account by today, but not to $55, thanks to scammers. Please look into this. I can provide phone numbers, emails, etc.

I WAS TOLD THAT IF I DECIDE TO CANCEL BEFORE THE TRIAL ENDED WITH IS AUGUST 17, 2014 THERE WOULD NOT BE ANY FURTHER CHARGES. I CALLED TO CANCEL ON AUGUST 13, 2014 AND HAVE BEEN CHARGED ADDITIONAL FEES TOTALLING $38.71 CANCELLATION NUMBER 494-115216. I CALLED TO SPEAK WITH A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ABOUT IT AND SHE JUST DISREGARDED THE INITAL OFFER AND ADVERTISEMENT TO TRY THE PRODUCT FOR ONLY $4.95. WHEN YOU CALL TO CANCEL AND AUTOMATION COMES ON TO PRESS 1 TO CANCEL. THEN WHEN YOU CHOOSE THIS OPTION IT TELLS YOU ABOUT THESE ADDIIONAL FEES AFTER. I BELIEVE THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT WITH REGARDS TO THE CANCELLATION INFORMATION AND CHARGES.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE A REFUND OF MY MONEY FOR $38.71. I WAS WELL WITHIN THE LIMITS FOR CANCELLATION. ACCORDING THE THEIR ORIGINAL OFFER TO PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCTION AND NOT GET ADDITIONAL FEES CHARGED TO MY ACCOUNT IF I DECIDE TO CANCEL BY A CERTAIN DATE.
