Great company, timely, communicative, and excellent skills in what they do. I particularly appreciated them sending me a text informing me the technician was on his way and a picture of the clinician. Additionally they respected our request to wear a mask in the home without question. AND FINALLY Their product, a ductless air conditioner is fantastic!! Thank-you Absolute, you are 5 stars in our opinion.
Very honest family-owned company I recommend them. To all my friends I used to have another company that was taking advantage of me. The last work the other company was going to do they wanted three times as much as Absolute Comfort.

Very pleased! Absolute Comfort Heating and Air maintained and repaired our HVAC for years, but after 20 years our unit died. Best customer service from any vendor I have ever used. I informed them I was having an issue with an AC, and they were out at my property a few hours later. I received an update on the technician's name and an arrival time. Cost of repair was reasonable. Also invoices are very easy to read. I love this company.
They responded quickly and completed the job timely. The team was professional and did a great job with the clean up. I feel it’s a company you can trust. I am very happy with their service.
