I had Absolute Construction do a home renovation that, visually looked great, but was later found to be insufficient. When a potential buyer had their inspector come in, he found things like the water lines were reversed, bathroom venting wasn't outside the house, GFI outlets were not placed in the bathroom, laundry and kitchen and when we contacted Absolute Construction to resolve these issues, they ignored our calls and didn't return the calls after seeing the list of 15+ issues to address.

Job incomplete, breach of contract.Absolute Construction was contacted to build a garage/workshop. A estimate was given and the job was contracted on 05/29/2015 for 3,700.00 which half has been paid for to do framing of the building installing vinyl siding, installing roofing shingles and installing garage door. A completion date was never given. I had several issues with the framing process that were suppose to be corrected but Absolute Construction failed to return to complete the work. I have been told lies from that point on. I have tried to reach [redacted] on several occasions with no response. I have left voice mails I have only received a response through a text message which to me is very unprofessional considering I have honored the contract and paid half the required fee. I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this matter.Desired SettlementI would like a partial refund of the deposit due to fact that not only will have to hire a new contractor to complete the job but there are several areas of the framing process that will need to be redone and corrected. This was brought to [redacted] attention.
