I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
First Choice Motors deals in used vehicles therefore they should be held accountable for the condition of the vehicles they put on sale. In their response they say that spark plugs are something that simply wear out.  That is true but that does not relieve the reseller of responsibility.  They should examine the vehicle to determine if regular maintenance has been maintained by the previous owner.  Such maintenance should not become the responsibility of the new owner.   In this case the plugs should have been replaced at 48,000 miles.  I bought the Jeep at 58,000 miles and was presented with a Carfax that said all required maintenance had been done.  Since the Jeep did not perform well to begin with (see previous document)  and I had to replace the plugs within two months time, it is obvious that the plugs had not been replaced at 48,00 as they should have been.   This is why I feel entitled to reimbursement for the repair bill at the [redacted]. Also, I had taken the Jeep to 1st Choice but they could not find the problem.   I also want to say that when I bought the 2010 Jeep it was a pleasant experience. That vehicle also needed some repairs and they were made with no problem.  In this case, since they could not even determine what  was causing the problem I have no confidence that the servicemen at First Choice are  qualified to work on my Jeep.  In addition, the purchase and subsequent involvement with First Choice Motors with the 2014 Jeep was so distasteful that I have absolutely no desire to go near the place again.  that
