We dropped off my son's letter jacket to have patches sewn on on April 19th They called a few weeks later to tell me that it was ready They post regular business hours of 10:to 5:weekdays ( I'm not sure about weekends) I went by six times over a six week period to pick up the jacket I called numerous times and on May 31st I finally got someone on the phone I told the women that I had been by numerous times and called numerous times She said that they had been there and that she didn't know what was wrong I asked if she would be there the rest of the day and she said yes, except for 11:to 2: My husband went by at 3:and the door was locked and no one answeredI called until closing and no answerThe next day the people at the beauty shop next door told my husband that numerous people had been in asking about why the people weren't there and complaining that they couldn't pick up their possessions since the business had been sold It's former name was Chinelle CreationsIt is now called Absolute Creations The owner of the beauty shop called the former owners, as they had been doing for others, and they let my husband in to retrieve the jacket We sent thirty-three dollars in cash in an envelope to cover the bill that was attached to the jacket I had done business with Chinelle Creations many times before with no problems
