Complaint(Item [redacted] Description: X XXX) XXX Watt amplifier ($169.99) was purchased along with two speakers ($299.98)and installed on 1/21/2014. The amplifier burned out within hours of the installation. I returned the amplifier to the business on 2/3/2014. The owner stated that it would be sent back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. I called two weeks later and spoke with [redacted] (worker at the shop) who assured me that he would determine the status of my equipment and return my call that Friday which was two days later. It is now 3/18/2014 and I still had not received any notice from the business. I called today and got the same response from the co-owner.
