do not do business with this company!! You buy the sample and within 2-weeks they are sending you more (with no invoice information of monies charged) and by the time you see (in my case) your credit card statement, you have two charges of $87.47!! In the same month!! BEWARE! I insisted on a reversal but they would not give me 100% refund, at least I was able to recoup about 70%

After reviewing this account for *** A*** we found that the customer never called to cancel product prior to filing a chargeback with the credit card companyAfter filing a chageback, they then called our customer service, we informed them of the circumstance since they did that prior to
callingUnfortunately, once the customer files a chargeback we are unable to refundThey have already received a refund by filing the chargeack and we can not duplicate, that is per the banks.

I can't understand why this business has not been shut down!!! Saw a "RISK FREE" trial to try the cream and only paid for shipping. Their claim in three weeks you should see a difference, but in two weeks they immediately charge you for a total of $176.78 for more cream. I was fooled by seeing it on Facebook and thought it had been posted by a family member or friend. There was NEVER a mention of after 14 days if you don't cancel, you will automatically get more cream. As far as the cream NOTHING GOOD about it, in fact the eye cream caused redness around my eyes so I stopped using it. POOR PRODUCT and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and FALSE ADVERTISING! I'm in the process of fighting to get my money back.

Superior Replacement (SR) Window and Door did a great job replacing the 50 year-old windows and doors at my house. Jaime assisted with design decisions and product comparisons. His crew was efficient and tidy. When we had a small concern a year after installation, Jaime came right out with a crew and fixed the issue. Great customer service and fair prices compared the other quotes that we received for our job.

There were two products that were ordered. The refund was for Absolute Rejuven in the amount of $87.47.  It was charged to my account on 1/15/15 and refunded on 1/20/15. I requested a refund for both. The complaint is only about the absolute derma. Neither product worked. If you google absolute derma you will see numerous complaints about these products.. The attorney general in Ohio has been contacted.

On top of the partial credits , it was not mentioned in the complaint that we gave her a $100 voucher for inconvenience.  Today we refunded the remainder 08/11/2015 11:17am - Refunded - $43.73 Trans-ID: [redacted] and 08/11/2015 11:21am - Refunded - $44.71 Trans-ID: [redacted]. Scammers who offered a trial size product for shipping charges only online through a facebook ad. Products arrived with one jar open and unsealed with a label over a label and no paperwork saying it had to be returned or pay full price. Now they're trying to say it is an auto ship, too!!!!
