These guys are sleazy.. I spoke with a rep after being denied service by another carrier and I tell them only thing I need is Internet. Well they go into this long stretch about oh yeah we can get u Internet but you must bundle it with directv. I say ok whatever I just need Internet and it needs to be fast and unlimited. He assures me it's going to be fast enough for my college videos and work and unlimited all month. I ask who the actual provider is he says it's via their telecommunications network and he fast talks again. He also tells me after the TV is installed I'm locked into contract for 24 months and if I cancel early it will be 20 a mont early termination fee.. But he reassures me the Internet is great and unlimited. So he recommends I set up installation for the next day. I say no 2 days from now. The next day I call directv for an overview of my services. They say they don't see Internet on my package only TV. They say let me patch you to AT&T. att says they don't see it either. So after 4 5 transfers I call directstar back. They pull up my account and order and say no you don't have Internet at all listed, but we can set you up with someone in your area and you will have 10 gigabytes each month after that it slows down blah blah satellite Internet sucks I know already so I made them cancel my TV with directv (another transfer to directv). They want that installation installed asap to lock you into that contract regardless what you was promised at first. Sleazy don't listen to them they are worse then car salesman.

This company is a scam... They promise giftcard to sign up and when you sign up they forgot they promised the gift cards. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN YOU SEARCH [redacted] ONLINE AND END UP ON THIS WEBSITE. THEY ARE NOT [redacted] THEY ARE A COMPANY THEY SELLS [redacted]. They claim they have better deals and promotions but you never get the promotions.
