I am not easly impressed but was with this service

The customer service I received from The Graphic Cow was exceptional! Somehow I ended up with additional shirts (not sure if it was my error or theirs), and they accepted them back for a full refund Additionally, the employee helping me, Miranda Parks, couldn't have been more responsive and helpful She even emailed me to let me know when they received my returned shirts and then, again, to show me that my refund had been processed It was absolutely the best customer service I have ever received! Not to mention that the shirts were great too!

WORST experience EVER !!!!! I would not recommend this company We have a salt water pool and hired this company in May to clean/maintain our pool Within weeks of hiring the company we noticed our salt water tasting extremely salty, the same day my daughters eyes were burning once she entered the pool and within hours my dogs were vomiting and experiencing diarrhea (our dogs are very active in our pool, they often swim and drink the pool water) We used a test kit and were SHOCKED to see our pool salt was 5000ppm (a safe level is 3500ppm) We contacted the pool company and were told they could check the pool in hours......this was not ideal as the salt level can erode the pool equipment and cause serious issues to the pool pump The owner himself came over and tested the pool water telling me it was only 360ppm however I took the water sample directly to Leslies Pool Supply and he said the water was OVER 5000ppm ***'s said the fact that you could taste the salt water is a huge issue !!! I took a picture of our report from ***'s and sent it to the owner, he basically said "it was not possible" for my pool to have this level The company did not leave us weekly report information sheets like they said they should have, the company has still not provided me with my monthly invoices but the are QUICK to draft your account !!!! I asked for the salt ppm and Ph balances of our pool on any/all visits that the company made to our pool, I also asked for the amount of salt added and when, they finally reported back after my fifth request of the information with a huge lie !!! They stated the cleaner only added salt on one occasion however I physically witnessed the pool cleaner dumping bags of salt in my pool on two different occasions !!!!! We have since drained our pool TWICE and attempted to refill by diluting the pool water (since the salt will not evaporate), this water expense should be covered by the company/owner *** *** but we shall see We have Hayward schedule to come and look over the equipment and I will send that bill to the owner as well.......DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!
