may be stronger This is an area that I will investigateI had always been told that waterborne is the better durability and that Traffic is the most durable of all waterborne finishesI have learned this in seminars and being around other contractors and distributors in discussion Even so, I may be wrong, so I keep an open mind on this subject, even though their literature reflects this on a chart and testing done by *** Testing CompanyThe day after *** and I met, I was able to get directly connected with the Tech department at ***This time I simply asked the operator for the Tech departmentI spoke with *** I plan to speak with an inspector through The National Wood Flooring Association and with other distributors etc Always asking around for information on the subject Between *** and myself pursuing the answers as to why the floors are so scratched, I'm sure she and I will be talking again before next week and we can report back on our research.Thank you

I would really appreciate verbal communication regarding the issues of the flooringThese alternatives should be discussed with usUpon doing research on these items, we do not want these items in our home either due to the toxic fumes they ommit of up to monthsWe would like for either you to resand the floor and we will hire another company to put on another sealant or we are asking for some type of refund due to the poor durability of the product

I will call [redacted] to arrange a time to sand the floors.  I am always happy to talk direct, which I will do.  We will work with the customer to find a time convenient with their schedule.  They will then hire another company to apply stain and finish coats as stated.
