During a power outage we needed an electrician, It was a Sunday in May and we found Absolute Electric in the phone book. We called and Mike said he would come out and give us a free estimate. He came out, gave us the estimate and said he could get us in working order so we could have heat (it was cold, with wet snow flurries). He had to come back a couple of days later to install a new panel box. That took a couple of hours. Then he came back a couple of weeks later to replace the meter box on the outside of the house. Mike had to wait for RG&E to come and turn off the power and come back to turn it on. Mike did a wonderful job. He was very polite and cleaned up after he was done. I would recommend Absolute Electric.

very disappointed with them. Mike sent an employee to help with the generator I bought from them. He was swaying around while running the generator. I had asked him earlier to check the oil, and he proceeded to open the oil cap while running the generator and oil went all over my car and a new driveway. Who opens an oil cap when the oil is running hot? Called and complained to Mike and he told me not to complain about his employees. He came out to check on it himself said nothing was wrong with it after paying $95.00 to his employee and told me to go to [redacted] and have it looked at. His Companies mistake cost me another $125.00 at ** to clean and fix. would not recommend Absolute Electric, Inc. to anyone.
