I contracted with [redacted] to assist me in a filing with the court, after researching and speaking with [redacted] I decided to move forward and paid him for his services in advance, AND the court filing fee. I receive my initial paperwork a few day later than was promised. Through no fault of [redacted] ’s, I decided to retain legal counsel instead of using his services, I was willing to concede the fee I had paid him, however I asked for a refund for the amount which was to have been reserved for the filing fee, $435, as no documents were filed with the court. When I contacted [redacted] , he asked me for a weeks extension before issuing me a refund, I thought this was odd, but regrettably I agreed. I am now being
notified via email that complaint has been resolved
This is partially correct - the company has agreed to refund the amount paid for services in full but is only able to make weekly payment installments
I have received one so far so it is still pending
I was contacted by him today stating he was contacted by Revdex.com so I hope to have this paid and resolved by mid-April,
Shall this not occur, I will file a follreport to ensure this is handled properly

I hired Mr. Helm 2 years ago and my overall experience was a positive one. Mr. Helm is super polite, experienced professional paralegal and knows the business he is in.
