Almost years ago I had to have my roof replace due to hail damageThe new roof that was put on has leaked from from the first rainThe company that did the work is Absolute Exteriors out of Ellisville MoThe owners name is *** ***
The crew chief that worked for him at the time was attentive and did trouble shoot the leak he put a larger size gutter on which did stop the water from running down the inside of my wallHe no longer works for this company
A year and a half ago I noticed in the same location of where the leak had previously been a water spot on my ceiling.I made several attempts by phone messages to the company's voicemail but never got a responseI finally reached him through his new website by using the "get an estimate" optionI explained my situation in detail and the fact that he has never returned my callsI received a call from him with in minutes!
