Review: I came in to get glasses and was told that I needed to sign a waiver that states that I'm applying for some type of insurance. I cam in with my own insurance and do not need theirs so I do not need to sign the disclosure. I was turned away because I would not sign the disclosure.Desired Settlement: I want to know why I have to sign a disclosure for insurance when I have my own.
