I purchased a [redacted] Kit advertised as fitting a 12' x 12' pergolaThey don't tell you the size is the distance between the main support posts not the overall size of the pergolaMy pergola is a 12' x 12' but has a distance of 10' between postsTherefore, the kit was too big for mineWhen I contacted customer service to exchange they refused because I was weeks beyond their return policyI wasn't after a refund only an exchangeMy return was unused and in its original shipping boxNot a good way to treat customers

As a gift to my husband for our 7th wedding anniversary, I ordered a wind spinnerAfter putting it together, it does not spin in the wind! Looks like I'm the only one I received a broken hummingbird feeder I find it very likely it was broken in transit over the holiday season rush that shipping companies find themselves I called in after the holiday, was greeted by a very polite and helpful woman who asked a few simple questions and for me to provide photos of the feeder They responded to my emailed photos within minutes to let me know a replacement for the part broken would be processed I found the service of this company to be extraordinary

I ordered two Bird Feeders that were suppose to be made of cedar at $a piece I got free shipping bc of the total cost I inspected the two feeders with the following: One of the feeders was missing the cross bar at the top The feeder has four columns that come up the top and there should be a cross wooden bar to support the columns which was missing The second feeder while in my lap fell bc the wire that holds the feeder to a tree broke off The piece that holds the wire to the bottom to hold the feeder off came apart These feeders where inspected according to BestNest paper in the packaging by "Packed by 714" and "Checked by ZK" My order number is *** There return policy requires the customer to pay for shipping to return regardless if its a return or exchange They paid $to ship the product to me which I asked I have to pay $in order to return products that where inferior and can not be used Also, I will have to pay the original $w

On May 10, I ordered a BestNest Premium Stained Bat House with pole for $132, This is designed to allegedly sit outside in the weather during 8-months per year The idea is bats will end up residing in the house which is great for bug control I received the house and the pole, dug a hole, attached the pole to the bat house and raised it from approxJun-Oct 2015, then took it down and kept it in my garage over the winter I put the bat house back up in March and in May noticed that the stain finish was completely gone A short time later, a front panel on the house began to fall off and was hanging from the bottom As it was completely unusable, I took photos, took it down and contacted BestNest for a resolution, sending them the photos I thought they would be appalled that one of their products, designed to sit outside in the weather, had disintegrated in under a year Instead their resolutions was: They will send me a new one for $more dollars ($discount) and

Ordered a pump, pump is defective, only had it for day This pump is the lifeline for my pond and fish, may sound silly but they are expensive I called seller on Saturday when this occurred, they were not open which is understandable I reached out to *** (purchased through them) and had to order another pump immediately Called seller today to be told since I didn't want a replacement I have to ship this back on my dime and my refund will be less the shipping charges it was shipped to me with (my shipping was free) so I am not sure why they would charge me now When does a business make a customer pay to return a damaged/defective item? The manager Zach was extremely rude asking me why didn't I have a backup pump? This is a business that does not care about the consumer or the manufacturer who's product they are representing

Purchased a bird bath from this companyThey shipped it with no packaging, just a label on the product boxIt arrived looking as raccoons got it with a huge hole exposing the bath and items inside Mind you, it is Dec 8th, this is a Christmas giftI could not gift this, seeing as the actual box was destroyed! Upon reaching out to their customer service they argued and want me to pay return postage!! Additionally, they keep blaming the carrierYes, it was OBVIOUSLY handled carelessly but had this company shipped it with care, padding or in a box this wouldn't have happenedThey are nothing but a headache to deal withBEWARE!

I ordered an item and paid for the shipping per my order with Best Nest They sent the box with inadequate postage for the weight of the item so I was required to pay an additional $in order for the postal carrier to drop off the box I contacted Best Nest and they maintain that they sent the item with correct postage despite a photo of their shipping label which clearly shows the weight of the package that they paid postage for I went to my local post office and they weighed the item in the box and the weight was greater than the pound limit that Best Nest paid for Best Nest is now refusing to refund the $additional postage which I was required to pay to accept the package I have received multiple emails from Best Nest in which they continue to say that they sent the item with the correct postage despite proof that they did not based on the weight of the item

Merchant shipped product poorly trying to cut cornersSlapped a shipping label on the product itself with no protection, upon arrival the package was destroyed and there was a huge hole in productAfter contacting the company they REFUCED to take responsibility for their part in poor shipping and not only made me pay return shipping ($13) but deducted THEIR shipping ($10) out of my refundNow, I'm $short because of THEIR errorThis customer service is the worst I've ever received!!!
