Absolute Fire Protection

Absolute Fire Protection was unable to access certain parts
of the building during the bidding process and later as work was being
done.  The owner of the building provided
information regarding those areas.  We
felt confident in what we were told and in good faith proceeded with...

the
contract.  However, that information was
false.  The non-disclosure of certain information
proved pertinent and thus, changed the scope of work.  The owner was unwilling to renegotiate the contract
amount.   The amount of payment received was comparable
to the work performed.
