I MAY HAVE HUNG UP, BUT I DON'T CUSS, ALSO THE REFUND IS FOR THE SO CALL 2'ND BOTTLE ,IF I HAD GOTTEN THE 1' BOTTLE AS THEY CLAIM, THERE WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN A SECOND BOTTLE OF THERE JUNK PRODUCT
