[redacted] and his mother, [redacted] (our client) came in for there scheduled appointment Jan. 10 2018.  [redacted] was stating that his mother's hearing aids were not working for her. We tested the hearing aids and found them to be in perfect working order. We then examined [redacted] and...

found her to be completely occluded bilaterally with cerumen (both ears are completely plugged with wax) this is what is causing her difficulty with hearing.  We advised [redacted] to take [redacted] to see a physician to have the cerumen removed from her ears. We also advised him to schedule a follow up appointment with us after the wax is removed so we can accurately verify her hearing. Until the wax is removed [redacted] will have diffuctly hearing.For clarification [redacted] paid $1900.00 for her two hearing aids not $2400 as stated in his statement.
