I just have to take the time to share my positive experience with Absolute Heating & Cooling Of course my unit fails on one of the hottest days and I called Charles who immediately came to access the unit / share options He installed my new unit even though a rain storm rolled in and he was soaked by the time the install was complete Upon meeting Charles I knew he was honest and very knowledgeable I have used his company for years and will use no other company Once you meet him you will also want to use his company as you will find no other company that provides his level of service and attention to detail - fair, honest, reliable, and willing to work some insane hours to ensure his customers are happy

I was referred to Absolute Heating and Air as a certified Nest technicianAfter explaining to *** my situation, he rearranged time in his busy schedule to come to my house to help me and my family out in our time of need! He understood our needs as well as our wants and helped us to make the best decision possibleBy explaining to us what thermostats would work best in our home with monitoring the temperature inside our house while helping us to save money by conserving energy
Even after that, *** inspected our units to ensure everything was working properly before leaving*** attention to detail was very impressive! But the best part of my experience with *** and Absolute Heating and Air was when I decided to risk installing the new thermostats myself to save on the costAfter running into some trouble, I called *** and without hesitation he help walk me through the installation process without expecting thing in returnThis man is a constant professional and a trusted provider! From this day forward, I will only use Absolute Heating and Air! Thank you again ***!!!!!

Charles did a great job installing my new HVAC system. Very honest and fair prices. He even laid a new concrete pad over the weekend for the compressor to sit on. Final work looked great, would recommend to a friend.
