We at Absolute HVAC have done this service call and one other on please see attached docs as far as [redacted] 's complaint upon arrival the ac unit was frozen solid so it is standard procedure to have to leave condenser off and leave blower running for at least 3-hours that's what it takes to defrost a frozen ac coil and condenser he was told that there would be an additional charge for coming back a second service would be added plus the amount of Freon or any other additional part necessary to repair unit !!!!He was also told that his current equipment was antiquated and leaking Freon seasons in a rowHe also requested an estimate to replace his ac coil, condenser and gas fired furnace !!!!!!! Upon arrival [redacted] told our tech he would not pay for a second service charge !!! I am sorry with the cost of insurance, fuel and labor our stand protocol is second visit second service charge [redacted] was very irate and cursing at my tech so he was told to collect service fee and leave....As far as 2nd ac company responding; they charged exactly what we would have charged walking in a defrosted unit service fee plus Freon !!!!!! If [redacted] wants his back we will glad to refund it !!!!!! we have a good reputation and do not take kindly to a customer like him to use the word fraud that is a very strong accusationHe is not the type of clientele we want to do business with anyway !!!!! thank you for taking your time with this ridiculous complaint [redacted] vp operations
