[redacted] assessed the floor and was in
agreement that he did not like the install in the living room and agreed to redo.
We would also install the
thermostat wire under the floor in the other room, once the thermostat on

What should have been an additional
charge, which is stated on our contract, we leveled the floor for no additional

Liquidators directly regarding her material.

Refund for install will not be

Review: I purchased flooring from Lumber Liquidators and they recommended the installers "Absolute Interiors". I had them come out before the install because I had concerns about the floors being uneven and the owner([redacted]) came out and assured me that they where fine and the team he was sending would know what to do to make any low areas even. When the flooring was being installed the installers were concerned because the floors they told me were to uneven. I contacted their boss([redacted]) that morning and he spoke to them and told me it was fine that they knew what to do now. The installers still had concerns about doing the job, they told me it wasn't the kind of work they do and the floors were to uneven but their boss told them to finish the job. I called [redacted] again and insisted he come out to help that the flooring was not going in right and he refused to come but sent someone else to help them. I was also having them heated and they did not know how to do the heating system. So [redacted] was asked to come and show them how to do it and he replied it isn't rocket science and still refused. The installer finished the job unhappy with the results. They said if they didn't finish the job they would not get paid. [redacted] came back after several request and agreed the floors needed to be fixed. The floors needed to be taken out of all the rooms because the heating system was incorrect and the floors were very uneven. Unfortunately he only leveled one floor and fixed the wiring so the floor could be heated. This whole process started on October 25,2014 and he just had installers come to fix the heating wires on February 28,2015. [redacted] claims he never said that he would fix the rest of the uneven floors. He is asking for the balance of the Payment. I will not pay until the flooring is to my satisfaction. Now I have just learned that these floors have been on the news and they contain [redacted] and at this point I want my money back so I can replace it. I am a Home based Daycare, the parents are concerned.Desired Settlement: I would like the flooring removed and my money refunded for both the flooring and the partial install payment. Because I have a daycare in my home the fear of the children being exposed to [redacted] is very concerning to both their parents and myself. I would like this matter taken care of as soon as possible. I would like them to remove the flooring and dispose of it in the proper way.
