I am rejecting this response because:
First, why wasn't all this communicated initially? Why did it take me filing a complaint before you explaining in more detail of some of the issues?
Lets be honestNo, it is no cost to me, but who in the long run gets the benefit once this is over? You do! You make the profit not meI've understood that from the beginningYou need me as a holder of the loan for you to even have a business. Also, not my concern that there was a buy out of the loanThis is your business and you should be on top of things when you're relying on someone else's "money" and "credit"That is unacceptable answer from you
It is no concern of my the situation of the person residing in the houseThat is only yoursI was not allowed to pick the personDon't you also "own" a business that is supposed to clear up people's credit?
I've only wanted to communicate via email so that I have records of the discussionsAnything said over the phone can be emailedI don't need personal details of the person residing in the home as I said aboveAll I'm looking for is an end date to this without being given the run a round and long periods of time of no responses
I'm sure too, that the housing market has resumed to a normalcy by now, it has been years nowDon't use that as an excuse

*** is right. We bought her house Subjedue to her not being able to sell it. She was moving out of state and needed the burden of her house payment off her. When the market values dropped, she was left owing more than what the house was worth* If she tried to rent her
house she would have received approximately $less than her mortgage payment per month and would still have been responsible for taxes,insurance, maintenance, and upkeepPlus, pay a rental management Company to manage it.* We have for approximately years maintaining and have paid the full mortgage on the home with no charge to her. She would never have to pay us one dime for our efforts and servicesShe has not had to maintain the home or have any cost out of her pocket.* We have been working to get her property cashed out as soon as her loan is paid down enough. Also, as soon as the bank feels comfortable enough to lend against her house.* Our bank was set up under a auto bill , then was sold out to another bank. This has caused some disruption in the payments, but it was quickly resolved, when it was caught.* We have asked to schedule a time for *** and her to talk on several occasions within the last years, but it is always just respond by email. We need to speak to her directly about her loan, the end buyers personal situation and her options. These are things that should not be put in an email due to the nature of the situation.We are sorry that she feels the way she does, our goal is still the same to cash out her loan and get it satisfied
