This company has failed to ship the items that I purchased from them as Christmas presents in any type of a timely mannerWhen I emailed them to get an update, I was told that I should have paid extra for the shippingThe shipping wasn’t the issueThe processing was the issueThey never processed the orderIt’s now Christmas Eve and according to the USPS tracking number they provided me, the package is on its way to a shipment centerThat was the same update I got days agoClearly they are lying

I purchased four shirts from this companyThe shirts arrived and two of them were the incorrect colorWhen I contacted the company they said the shipping label would be emailed to meDays went by I never received anythingOnce I contacted them again a return label was sent to meI sent the wrong products back immediately and again I didn't hear anythingWhen I contacted the company again they never got back to meAgain I contacted themI was apologized to and told the shirts would be sent out asap on XXXXX - weeks went by and I received nothingWhen I contacted the company I was told they couldn't see our email thread so to please email them again with what was incorrectI have and I still have not received a reply from them or the correct shirtsThis has been going on since MayThe one shirt that needed to be replaced will most likely not fit my baby once I receive it if everVery frustrating
