My experience with this company was absolutely horribleExtremely poor customer service even when speaking directly to the ownerArrival times were not kept for two consecutive daysIt would have also been nice to receive a courtesy call to say the company is running two hours behind schedule both days Additionally, when the technician arrived on site, he tried to charge my elderly Mother an additional $citing "unforeseen difficulties" when replacing her lockUnfortunately this possible charge was not disclosed ahead of timeI would not recommended this company to anyone

My experience with this company was absolutely horrible. Extremely poor customer service even when speaking directly to the owner. Arrival times were not kept for two consecutive days. It would have also been nice to receive a courtesy call to say the company is running two hours behind schedule both days. Additionally, when the technician arrived on site, he tried to charge my elderly Mother an additional $20 citing "unforeseen difficulties" when replacing her lock. Unfortunately this possible charge was not disclosed ahead of time. I would not recommended this company to anyone.

I have had an excellent experience with Absolute Lock and Safe. I had my purse with house keys and driver's license stolen. Ben was fantastic. He was busy all day - but made sure to get to our house by the end of that same day to help us out. He also gave our door a little love and it actually works better than ever. I couldn't be happier. Price was reasonable and very fair. I would completely recommend them.
