Review: We bought an Ultrasound machine from Absolute Medical that was not in working condition as it had no doppler sound in it. We notified them the next day of receiving it. Absolute has given us 1 yr on site parts and labor warranty on this machine and has not resolved the problem in 1 month. We are suffering losses on a daily basis and they are just giving us a run around.Desired Settlement: Either they should get us a Third Party professional Warranty that we can call for one year as they are not reliable or capable of handling technical issues or they should refund the bank that paid them and pick up the machine at no cost to us. And they should give exact dates as to when and what they will do as they are totally unreliable.

We have been in contact with the doctor and have entered into an agreement to have a technician look at the unit. A pre-aranged pre-authorized dollar amount has been agreed to by which the doctor can have the unit repair without any additional approvals needed. We are currently waiting on the outcome.

I was only trying to help get a local tech for Absolute in order to
expedite the repair. Absolute has Warranted the equipment for one yr
parts and labor on site so it has to itself contact and arrange the
repair as they all want a financial guarantee from the Warranting Party. That company which I had referred refused to work with Absolute
and now they have to arrange someone to come and fix the unit. It has
been 32 days since I have been paying on this equipment that has not
been delivered in a working condition. I dont really know how to make
Absolute realize that they immediately need to send someone to ensure
their promised Warranty. I have already missed two ultrasound days bc of this delay in ensuring warranty.

At this point we have repaired the doctors unit and are waiting for the doctor to approve the return of the original unit. We are willing to cover the cost of the return but this is all.
