Absolute Merch

I placed an order on March 19th from AbsoluteMerch.com with express shopping(I paid $extra) so that it would be shipped within two days, it is now March 27th, five business days later, and I still have not received my itemI tried contacting the business through email and phone number, they never picked up the phone and I got no email responseI have no way of contacting them and would like my product or my money back!

I ordered an item from the website with express shipping, and it has been a week and I have not received the item yetI tried contacting the website owners and got no responseNo one picked up the phone, and no one responded to my emailThe website seems like a scamThere are no traces of anyone buying items from them on the internetI can't find any reviews online

If I could give zero stars I wouldI purchased some items and two months passed and I heard nothingI emailed them to ask where it was and they tell me that they ran out of the items and I could choose something elseI would have understood if they reached out to tell me they ran out but it took me emailing them to find this outIt took two weeks for them to reply to this emailI asked for a refund because the person this present was fors birthday had long passedThey then refused a refund because “they already have paid the band”My issue with this is I’m not sure how they paid the band for stock they did have and why I could use this money on other bands itemsI knew this would be a difficult process and in fear of losing my $I chose other products, they stopped answering me for weeks until I harassed them on all social media platformsAfter that they told me they had run out of my replacement itemsThen they stopped replying againAt his point it’s been a month since contacting them and three since ordering my itemsThey eventually refund one of my items and send my other item, that they had this entire timeI’m still waiting for this item and I’m expecting it to be very late and possibly wrongDo not work with this company

Very frustratedMy wife ordered the wrong size tee shirt for me for Christmas, so we followed the instructions for an exchange and sent the shirt backAbsolute Merch emailed back once they had recieved our shirt that they were out of the sizes we'd hoped for and offered some other options, I responded with one more option that I had hoped for from the website and then nothing, no responsesIn all, I paid for shipping and sent the shirt for exchanged December 30th, it was received and communicated, but I haven't been able to get a response since January 14thRadio silence since then (total of days attempting the exhange) and the company has our money and the original shirtEssentially, it feels like Absolute Merch just stole $from us and we have nothing to showNever knew a business would "ghost" a customer
