I'm unsure how to properly respond to this complaint. There were several inaccuracies in the complaint. The main one being that Ms [redacted] never paid us over $1300. She paid a $260 deposit toward a door. This deposit has been refunded to her over a month ago after several attempts to make her happy that were unsuccessful.
