I am rejecting this response because:I have additional pictures and videos of the damage to the facia caused by absolute painting's power washing, the company was not on my property for more than 4.5 hours, the company left paint chips all over my...

property without offering to clean up after their mess.The owner charged me twice $100 non refundable hold the date as I gave him $100 check plus $3800 cash and was refunded ~$2485.00 and provided an invoice for ~$1315.00.Absolute Painting should not be in business nor supported by the Revdex.com. We had an agreement to wash and paint my house. The owner and his assistant power washed too strong or too close which was unnecessary and caused damaged and holes to the facia.I have another painting company on property right now that has already painted the whole base of the house after prepping where needed all within 8 hours time.Absolute painting charged me $121/hour to power wash and damage my home.I want my full refund of $1415.00 otherwise I will be taking this matter to small claims court with my supporting proof.Mahalo.
