Review: I contacted Gary at Absolute Pest Control several weeks ago for service on a Carpenter Ant problem.

I gave him my address and asked specifically if he serviced my area. He said "Yes". He scheduled me 2 weeks you for 1:30-3:30pm. He quoted cost of $190. I took the day off work to be home for the repair system. I spent the weekend preparing the home for Carpenter Ant extermination services.

He did not show up by 3pm. When I called him, he apologized that he had made an error and said he would be here later this evening, but not after 5pm. When I spoke with him at 6pm. he told me that my address was not on his GPS. That the address did not exist. He then found it and said that the home was in Colonial Heights and refused service saying "It's not worth my time and trouble to drive that far". I told him I was indeed in Chesterfield, county and he had agreed to service when I told him this same info just two weeks ago(Colonial Heights Zip Code but location is in clearly in Chesterfield). I told him to please reconsider, that I had taken the day off work and spend the weekend preparing the home for his service. He said "I don't have to service you because you lies about your home being in Chesterfield County". I told him I would be contacting Revdex.com.ORG. He informed to go ahead, that I had no contract. He again told me that I was lying and insisted that his denial of service was because I was no in Chesterfield County.Desired Settlement: I want either delivery of services as previously agreed($190) or coverage of replacement services and any damage incurred from delayed treatment of my carpenter ant infestation resulting in his lack of service, or $100 for my loss of time from work and loss of productivity. I work at $40/hour, losing a days work is not cheap or easy, and I still have a destructive pest problem.
