At Absolute Plumbing we appreciate all customers feedback whether good or bad. Our customer satisfaction is the main priority, However there are certain customers that no matter what you do are never satisfied with the outcome.
[redacted] was informed at the time of service what the cost of service and material would be at which time she agreed (proof of payment). We informed [redacted] of what was being done however it was possible that the system still might not work properly. If the parts installed did not work it was quite possibly she would need a new compressor which would be extremely costly to her.
I take offense to [redacted] calling my company scam artists. I don't know if she realizes this but she now has committed a legal situation because this is considered slander in the legal community. I don't understand her hostility especially when we answered every call she made to our company. The last call on Saturday July 18, 2015 I informed [redacted] we would not be able to get out to her until Monday. [redacted] lives in a gated community and the only way to gain access is if the homeowner calls the gate to allow access. On Monday morning as promised Absolute Plumbing sent out a technician and he was granted access to go through the gate. Although he made it through the gate she refused to allow him access to the equipment. Therefore he was unable to do any warranty work.
With all the recent work done to her equipment and it still did not work the only conclusion would be that she needed a new compressor. Therefore it would be no problem for another company to come out and diagnose it immediately,
We have tried to resolve this issue in a professional manner. That cannot be said for [redacted], she has committed several offenses such as theft of services by stopping payment on her last check, fraud by not allowing our technician access to her home, and slander.
I feel there is no solution possible.
Sincerely,Absolute Plumbing & Heating

I do not accept the answers that he is giving to the Revdex.com. When you are in business you are supposed to carry the parts in your truck. He has threatened me that he will take this to his attorney. I really hope he does and I will pursue it into a court of law. Absolute Plumbing ripped us off. He claimed that the relay was cooked. He never showed it to me or my husband and charged for that visit $95.00. The next day he returned and charged again. Yes, he did repair a dripping faucet in the bathroom and the total for that day was $240.00. According to the bill $40.00 of that was applied for the faucet. The $200.00 was for the so called relay switch. I have two statements from 2 different companies that all along it was the compressor. Absolute was just milking this along. The last visit was that it was the circuit breaker. My husband went to True Value and purchased another one since Absolute did not carry this on their truck either. Please note that he comes with is a large box truck, similar to a furniture truck. He did not have this part either. The new circuit breaker was installed. They know sooner left and the A/C went into the constant shut down mode. I should add also that because of his lack of training to fix A/C’s my husband and myself have COPD and was constantly using inhalers because the house was so hot and humid. If they knew what they were doing the first time I would never have had them out here 4 times. The other lie is that I called them in that Monday. They were here that Friday about the circuit breaker. I called him on Saturday and he refused to come out. He told me to call him on Monday at 8:00 in the morning. The only way he entered [redacted] Estates was because the pass was still active from the week before. I did not call him Monday. By Saturday I wanted nothing further to do with this company that didn’t know a thing about A/C.I would like to state that the only truth he is telling is that I did lose it and curse. I wanted them out of my home. I had enough of them.
I had a new A/C system installed and the old circuit breaker was put back in. There was never anything wrong with the original one. They call themselves repair persons.
I am asking for a refund of the monies I gave to them. I will not drop this matter. They took advantage of two elderly people and how they are in business is a mystery to me. I would not recommend them to put a nail in the wall.
I will gladly submit the papers from the other companies I called and the cancelled check.
Kind Regards,
