This is the response for *** ***; I'm sorry customer had a problem with us .We
use quality faucets (*** ) We gave customer our price up front before the job was started which she was fine at that point and told us to do the job . Before job was finished .Technician was at his truck getting fittings when customer cut on faucet which got water in ceilingWe were able to clean upTwo days later customer called us and told us she had talked to her sister who said we charged too muchI explained the break down to show her that it was a good priceand that most of the time we have better prices than our competitors

I do not accept their argumentThey are not taking their customer seriouslyI don't even have a sisterI just wish Absolute Plumbing would stop taking advantage of peopleI was overcharged and I want my money back (On the phone they say one thing and when they come to your house they say another thing), it is like putting you in a trapIf the job was not done, why did they turned the water back on? They can not even check their work to see if it is right they just wanted to get the money and run, they can not even take their shoes off when they enter people's homeI do not recommend anybody to give their credit card information to them because they will cash this money doesn't matter how. *** *** called us on 9/14/to see if we could send someone out to his house right away that he had water coming from his ceilingSo we worked him in the scheduleWhen our plumber arrived at his house they searched for the source of leakWhat they found was multiple leaks from toilets,

They charged me for 2 hrs labor rather than the less than one hour they actually worked.... I don't feel like I should have to pay for the company to go get basic supplies to do the job.   Either way Absolute plumbing never informs the customer upfront, I would have found someone else to do the work... I feel like I should inform all my friends on social media of this companies practices maybe even the local  news would be interested.....  Thank you

I spoke with [redacted] from the company and he stated that the company charges $45 for a service fee with all customers unless the customer has coupon and shows the business it during the service process. The $45 service fee covers the truck. The $109 charge was for the hour the company was at the...

Two days later customer called us and told us she had talked to her sister who said we charged too much. I explained the break down to show her that it was a good price. and that most of the time we have better prices than our competitors.

I am very impressed with Absolute Plumbing and their customer service, knowledge and prompt response. Jerry C[redacted] called me right back on a Saturday after waiting 4 days for a call back from another company (company assigned from home warranty company) He came out within half an hour and repaired the leaky pipe that day (allowing us to turn water back on) and then followed up on Monday to complete the job to ensure we had no leaks and were not inconvenienced further. They were polite, thorough and cleaned up when done. I highly recommend them to any one and could not have been more pleased!! Thanks Jerry!

I had a water leak in the backyard making it marshy. Reached out through the answering service on Saturday. [redacted] called back promptly, came to service. Pleasant demeanor, quickly got to work. Identified the backyard water leak to be a leaky irrigation system and referred that to a irrigation company. He also fixed couple of toilets by replacing the flappers. Charge - $ 224.5. Kind of steep but weekend service generally costs higher.

Review: I called the plumbing about one leaking water supply valves to washer.... The lady on the phone never mentioned a $45 service fee... Then they show up and tell me both need to be replaced and I agreed and then they said they needed to pick the valves up because they didn't have them in the truck.... I asked how much to repair... they replied parts and labor, it shouldn't take long. it was a very basic and routine job. I had an appointment but left the wife in charge of paying when They finished. The plumbers tell her it's $324 dollars they charged me $61 dollars for two $8 valves and then charged me for two hours labor at $109 an hour, plus a $45 service fee. They only took one hour of actual work to repair the valves. The company charged the other hour as drive time to pick up the parts.. This was never communicated to me, also I was unaware of a $45 service fee. I never would have agreed to these terms if I was aware. Once I complained they reduced my bill to $269. I was till over charged by approximately $100..Desired Settlement: I was over charged by approximately $154.00. I want a refund of $100 due to the price reduction.
